“Supernatural” (in the Christian sense) refers to the order of life and action that exceeds the powers of created humanity and is given by God through grace—grace perfects and elevates our humanity so we can live with God and act by His love. 

Good leadership can build successful companies.  Supernatural leadership cooperates with God’s grace to form saints and to shape organizations to serve the common good.  It seeks excellence that goes beyond mere human effort—by receiving and responding to God’s gift of grace in everyday work.
